the staff were friendly and accommodating i especially appreciated eva jorge and juan at the bar they were professional and made me feel welcome the location is central with walking distance to the local port markets and eateries it made exploring easy the breakfast had great variety too it was well presented.
the rooms feel a little dated and i noticed there was no walk in shower or anti slip mat in the bath it's a minor thing but would have been nice

the hotel offers a swimming pool and a wellbeing center these facilities added value to my stay i found them clean and well maintained the pool provided a relaxing space after a day of exploring.

the breakfast selection was amazing with lots of choices. the rooms were very clean (i really liked the decor!). the hotel's location was super convenient, close to everything.
the air conditioning didn't seem to cool the room down enough. the pool area felt a little crowded at times. the gym equipment looked somewhat outdated (it needs some updating!).

the hotel is very close to the train station. the staff were kind, and the hotel was very clean. we loved the breakfast.. especially the fresh pastries. i found a bakery nearby with gluten-free options for afternoon treats.
i noticed the tea, coffee, and milk weren't automatically restocked in the room. we had to ask reception to replenish them. This was a minor inconvenience. there also seemed to be limited availability of easily accessible menus for the hotel restaurant.

the room was spacious with comfortable beds and a large window overlooking the harbor, it provided something interesting to see, it had a good sized bathroom with all the basics.

The staff were friendly and helpful upon arrival, and the reception staff were cute. They were prompt in addressing our request to switch rooms, and the breakfast team was excellent. jorge was very helpful recommending local drinks.

The hotel is a short walk to the station with a direct line to the airport. It is also within walking distance to downtown, providing easy access to many attractions. The walk to the center is across the river.

The hotel has a pool and spa area, however, the spa area seemed a bit hidden and not clearly marked. The pool has a ramp, but maneuvering space is limited due to the proximity of the loungers and it's not the sunniest spot.

The location is great. I could easily walk to the city center. Breakfast was fantastic. I recommend having breakfast at the hotel. The staff was friendly. The room was clean and had everything I needed.
The pool was shallow and a bit chilly. The harbor view from my room overlooked an industrial boatyard. There was heavy traffic. The neighborhood around the hotel didn't offer much, so I used taxis to reach the beach and Centro Historico.

The breakfast buffet offered a diverse selection. The bar service was efficient. The fitness equipment was well maintained, I used the treadmill. The room had all needed amenities.
I often used the stairs instead. it was not a huge issue though.

The hotel is about a ten-minute walk from the train station, which simplifies airport transfers. The harbour is close, awesome for nice views of ship traffic. The walk to the city center takes approximately fifteen minutes.
